I/We understand that the entry fee of $40 per script covers the processing and administration of the contest and is non-refundable. 3. I/We understand that submitted scripts will not be returned. 4. I/We understand that judgements on the quality of a script are subjective and agree to abide by all decisions and judgements made by designated representatives of the Other Network. 5. I/We retain all rights to the script, and do not by entering this contest transfer any rights or ownership of the script, but do hereby indemnify the Other Network, Un-Cabaret and any of their employees and assigns, against claims by any third parties to the submitted scripts. 7.
